Former Indian cricket team captain Saurav Ganguly, who underwent angioplasty last week, has been discharged from the hospital and has also assured fans that he will soon be “fit to fly”.
The BCCI President was hospitalised after he complained of dizziness Saturday morning. “We’ve got some good news. Doctors will continue to monitor Mr Ganguly’s health.
“Mr Ganguly is clinically fit. He slept well and had his meal. He wanted to stay in the hospital for one more day. So he will go home tomorrow. It is his personal decision,” Dr. Rupali Basu, MD and CEO of Woodlands Hospital had said yesterday.
