After hours of staging dharna protests, the family members of the Hindu priest who was killed in Karoli, Rajasthan, has agreed to end protests after te state government agreed to few of their demands.
The government shall provide Rs 10 lakh compensation to the family and a job to someone in the family. The police officer, if found guilty, shall be suspended and the priest’s family will also get Rs 1 lakh under Indira Awas Yojna.
