Even as farmers protest entered the 24th day , few farmers got together to print the four-page newspaper. Titled Trolly Times, it aims at bringing out the true colours of the protest.
Functioning with a team of 60 people, the newspaper idolises martyr Bhagat Singh. While it is being touted as farmers’ voice, the newspaper has dedicated editorial, content, and distribution teams. They plan to publish the newspaper bi-weekly.
Meanwhile, doctors and nurses have also extended their support to the ongoing protest against three recently passed farm bills. ANI quoted a nurse as saying, “We are here to support the farmers protest. We also want to serve them if they fall ill. Medical treatment is the basic requirement for everyone because of the cold weather. We would like to help the farmers if they require.”
