As per the ministry of health and family welfare, India has had 29557 fresh cases in past 24 hours till 8am on Thursday. On the plus side, 782606 have also recovered from coronavirus, taking the recovery rate to 63.18%..
India has seen a total of 29861 deaths due to Covid-19 and the country currently has 426167 active cases of coronavirus.
The government data also claimed to have registered the highest ever recovery with 29,557 coronavirus patients having been cured and discharged. The Covid-19 mortality rate is 2.41%, as on date.
