The meteorological department has issued notice in Patna, Gaya, Buxar and Bhojpur. It urged people to stay indoors and avoid standing near trees as moderate to heavy rains are expected by Friday evening.
The IMD (Indian Meteorological Department) issued the weather alert Friday afternoon and said that rains will be accompanied by lighting and winds upto a speed of 30-40kmph.
