The popular song Kesariya from Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra is now India’s only song to have crossed 500 million streams on the streaming platform Spotify. Pritam, Amitabh Bhattacharya, and Arijit Singh worked on the song that featured Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
The song was initially released on July 17, 2022, and it continues to resonate with fans and music lovers across the globe. The song captures the essence of love and longing with Pritam’s haunting melody and some help from Amitabh Bhattacharya’s poetic words and poignant lyrics. It strikes a chord with listeners of all ages and Arijit Singh’s emotive voice adds to the raw emotion and depth of the mood. His heartfelt rendition adds a layer of vulnerability and passion to ‘Kesariya’, making it a truly unforgettable listening experience.
