Sourav Ganguly to take a live session this Saturday. Here’s how you can join

President of BCCI and former Indian cricket team captain Sourav Ganguly is set to share his life lessons on 3rd April, Saturday in a live session he is taking on “How failures make successful leaders”. This first of its kind session is being organised by Classplus, India’s leading platform for educators and coaching centers to go digital, and will be hosted on Classplus’ Youtube channel. Sourav Ganguly is also the brand ambassador and a strategic investor in Classplus. The session, meant for students as well as teachers, will encourage them to draw inspiration from the life of Sourav Ganguly and see failure as a stepping stone to success.

Ganguly will share his story right from his debut in 1992 to the ICC World Cup 2003 and will be taking questions from the audience too. He will talk about how his short-term failures were responsible in shaping his career in the long run including earning him the captainship, numerous victories in international cricket, and finally the presidency of BCCI. 

“Leaders are forged in the fire of failures. Join me for my Extra Class with Classplus, to know which failures of mine were responsible for my success in life. Live on 3rd April @ 12.30 P.M. Register now (sic)” , Ganguly tweeted to his 5M+ followers on Twitter, urging them to join the session. 100k+ individuals have already shown interest in joining the session.

48-year-old Ganguly is arguably one of the best batsman and team captain across formats team India has ever seen. He has shattered numerous records in international cricket and is the recipient of several prestigious awards for his outstanding contributions in the field of sports including Sports Star Person of the Year, Arjuna Award, and Padma Shri 2004.
