After a dominating campaign that was interrupted by the coronavirus pandemic, Liverpool Football Club has created history becoming England’s earliest ever league champions – ever since the inception of the country’s league system in 1888, no team has ever clinched the title with seven games remaining and no team has ever been crowned champions as early as June.
The team opening up a massive lead over its rivals by winning 28 out of 31 games so far.
