The Punjab and Haryana high court stayed the arrest of BJP leader Tajinder Bagga till July 6. The court asked the cops to interrogate at his residence.
Justice Anoop Chitkara said the Punjab Police may interrogate Bagga twice for one hour each daily. An IPS officer must also be present during the interrogation.
No challan will be filed in the case till July 6 when the matter will be heard next.
