India crossed 7,120,538 confirmed covid 19 cases till date with 66,732 fresh cases reported in the last 24 hours alone. The country registered 816 covid 19 deaths in last one day, taking the total death toll to 1,09,150.
As per the ICMR, 9,94,851 samples were tested for covid on Sunday while a total of 8,78,72,093 samples have been tested in the country up to October 11.
Meanwhile, 37.4 million covid 19 cases have been reported world over and of these, 1.07 million patients have died. Globally, 347,526 cases were reported in past one day.
